What happens after I submit my prayer?
As soon as we receive your request, our team prepares your prayer and delivers it by hand to one of the selected churches in the Holy Land. You will receive a confirmation once your prayer has been placed.
How do I know my prayer was really delivered?
We send you an update after your prayer has been placed at the holy site. In some cases, we also provide a photo as proof of delivery.
How long does the process take?
Most prayers are delivered within 24–48 hours from the moment you submit them.
Can I change or cancel my prayer after sending it?
If you contact us quickly, we may be able to update your request before it is delivered. Once it has been placed in the church, it cannot be changed.
Do you offer refunds?
If your prayer has not yet been delivered, we can refund your offering upon request. After a prayer has been placed in the Holy Land, refunds are not possible, as the service has already been completed.
Can I send multiple prayers at once?
Yes. You can submit as many prayer requests as you feel led to. Each one will be delivered with the same care and devotion.
